Order & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how orders placed on mojeza.com are confirmed, changed and cancelled.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number. This email confirms that we've received your order. It doesn't guarantee that the item is available. We confirm availability when the order is processed.

Changing an order

If you need to change the items, options or shipping address on your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can make changes only before the order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed.

Cancelling an order

Before processing: you can request a cancellation for a full refund.
After shipping: the order can no longer be cancelled. You may be able to return eligible items under our Refund Policy.
Items shipped directly by a supplier: these may be processed quickly. We'll always try to cancel your request, but if the supplier has already shipped the item, the return process applies instead.

To request a cancellation, contact us and select "Order question" or "Return / refund". Include your order number.

Pre-orders

Cancellation rules for pre-order items are explained in our Pre-Order Policy.

Orders we may cancel

Mojeza may cancel an order, in whole or in part, if:

an item is out of stock or no longer available from our supplier;
a product was listed with a pricing or description error;
the order can't be verified or shows signs of fraud; or
we're unable to ship to the address provided.

If we cancel all or part of your order, we'll let you know by email and refund the amount paid for the cancelled items to your original payment method.
